To the Members,

On behalf of the Board of the Eblana Club CLG I have been instructed to notify you of a Members Requisitioned EGM following the Board’s agreement to adopt short notice.

On a letter dated 28/3/2025 the requisition states the following Motions:

Matters to be Proposed by Ordinary Resolution at the EGM:

  1. To formally acknowledge and rectify the improper appointment of directors at the 2024 AGM.

  2. To amend the Constitution reflecting a reduced number of directors to a maximum of 9.

  3. To identify and require the resignation of any directors who have exceeded the permitted number of terms in office.

  4. To consider passing a resolution permitting an increased number of directors in future, if necessary.

  5. To reappoint or nominate directors in full compliance with Articles 53–56 of the Constitution.

  6. To adopt improved governance procedures and ensure future compliance with statutory and constitutional obligations.
